You will have to satisfy the court in N. Carolina. In turn, the DMV in N. Carolina will notify the DMV in Georgia. You may also want to check to see if there will be a reinstatement fee from both states.
Where did you get the ticket? Start there. Call the City Clerk in that city and tell them your problem they should be able to direct you to the place that you can pay your ticket to get the matter resolved....GET RECEIPTS so you will be able to prove to your DMV that you are in good standing and the traffic ticket has been taken care of.

Is the ticket still in your possesion? There should be an address on it where you can mail your payment.

If you still have the ticket it should have the courthouse address and the judges name with a phone number on it, call, they will useuly let you pay by mail but expect to pay alot more because it has turned into a warent.
Look on their website and send it to them! Everyone has a website!
So....call the Department that gave you the ticket and make plans to PAY IT! What did you think was going to happen if you didn't pay it? SUSPENSION
