Hello,

Getting a full license in North Carolina is relatively an easy process. All you need to know first is to follow the rules stated. Since you have already a license before then it would be easier for you to secure a full license. Ready all your papers, bring at least 2 acceptable forms of identification and be sure that this reflect your name including your middle name. They would also test you if you you past the written and actual test (you are exempted if you present your previous license).

Documents includes:

*Residency proof - anything that was issued by the State of North Carolina, example is your power

bill or cable bill

*Proof of you Identity - you valid ID

*Proof of your liability or insurance - This is very important so that you can drive your car. Most countries mandated to secure car insurance before driving. This is for security purposes.

Just follow the rules and everything will be find.

Good Luck!
