What is the fine for failure to notify DMV with change of address in NC?
Just curious as to what the fines are in Rowan county, North Carolina for failure to notify DMV with change of address. I thought it was $120 but I'm not sure. Can anyone help?|||$380 fine and suspension of driving privileges for one calendar year.|||Everyone is wrong. There was no best answer. It was $171. $121 for city fine and a $50 county fee. It's a non-moving violation.
