North Carolina Drivers License Test Guide in Spanish?

Are there any online guides that will help me somebody get their drivers license? I've been looking through a few sites, but they all charge about $5-$20 to either give you a guide or some tests, and they arent from the NCDOT.

Oh yeah, I need it in spanish.

I need either a guide or some practice tests, because it's not for me and the person I am getting it for does not know the English language.

I can find some in english but none in spanish.

It doesnt have to be from NCDOT, DMV or whatever, I'm just trying to help this person out.North Carolina Drivers License Test Guide in Spanish?
I can't believe sometimes how small minded and arrogant some people are. If the rule for learning languages applies to non-english speakers in the U.S, then I think the rule applies broadly and English-speakers shouldn't be able to drive or rent vehicles in any foreign country either. Wouldn't THAT put a damper on tourism and business travel worldwide! Driving is driving..yes some common sense in road sign recognition is needed, along with a few general rules, but that's about it. That should take about an hour to absorb. You don't need to be proficient in any language to sit behind a wheel and be responsible. There are worse drivers here that are proficient in English and you'd think they'd never learned to read!North Carolina Drivers License Test Guide in Spanish?
If they can not read and follow instructions in English, they should not be driving. Road signs are in English, and it is the language of this country. Have them take an English class and learn English before they try to get a license.North Carolina Drivers License Test Guide in Spanish?
