I'm 16, and I just moved to North Carolina and I just got my certificate to get my permit. Thats the good news, the bad news is that now I don't know what to do from here. Do I need to mail in the certificate or go to the DMV? I dont know..please help..Permit North Carolina...?
You're how old? 16? Sorry. You have a couple of years to wait.
Driving is a legal privilege and responsibility. If you are 18 years of age or older you may apply for an original North Carolina driver license or a learner permit.
