Why would North Carolina DMV want these letters recall?, they claim that these letters are inappropriate for a License plates in this state?, there is another meaning to letters" W H T OR "W T H ". My thinking is that letters mean White Trash Hunke ?When they taxt, a message it is used for a slang word?
Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you have the wrong letters. It was the letters "WTF" in that order that were recalled. I could not find anything with WTH or WHT.
