The inspection sticker on my cars windshield says September,2009 as renewal date. My car registration card says my vehicle is licensed till November,2009. When should i get my car inspected? I heard that North carolina DMV changed it's rules. Please enlighten me?|||Inspection and registration are two separate things. Your inspection will run out the end of September. Have it done before it expires.
