What tests do you have to take for a North Carolina license?

I am going to be 18 tomorrow. I have had my learners permit since February (About 5 months). To get my permit I was required to take a computerized test and a sign test. Tomorrow, I'm going to the DMV to get my license. Will I have to retake the tests I took 5 months ago? Or would I just have to do a road test?|||Hello Adam,





If you took the knowledge test as part of getting your permit, you won't have to do it again now. Just the road test. Please also check the driver's handbook for all the paperwork you need to have with you:
