I have a Florida learners permit and im moving to North Carolina. I understand that North Carolina DMV is a little different than Florida's. Up there you have to have to complete a drivers ed class before you can get your permit while down here you just have to be 15. Im close to getting my license, but since im moving up there will they make me take the drivers ed class and wait another year.??|||Every state is different.
