Who do i contact if i have a problem with the dmv?

iam having a problem with the north carolina dmv. Who do i contact above the dmv?|||You can contact the director (or "commissioner," as in other states), who's effectively the "CEO" of the agency. Make your complaint in writing, stating the facts, people to whom you've spoken, the date(s) involved, and so forth. The more detailed you are, the better.

Failing that, you can also complain to your state's attorney general (most states' DMV agencies are grouped into structures going back to the AG), or even the governor himself! In each of those instances, be as thorough as you were in your letter to the agency director, although you could summarize your problem and the steps you took to correct it, and what the outcome was, provided you enclose copies of your original correspondence.

Good luck.|||The best I could do would be to go through the site below. It gives several resources to contact. Maybe one of them could help you. Sorry I couldn't help you more.|||Contact your states consumer protection office and file a complaint and/or your states representative
